Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you visit this site, request access, open an account or point an AI agent at our MCP server. By using MCPgap you accept them.

Who provides the service

MCPgap is a service for businesses, provided by Tehidea Ltd.

Tehidea Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 05902165. Registered office: 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected].

What the service does

An AI agent calls our MCP server with a question. The server answers from a published facts file, or sends the question to a person by Telegram and returns their reply. A person may not answer. A scheduled job deletes questions and answers once a retention period has passed, 90 days by default.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the ask tools to flood, harass or mislead the person who answers, or to work around the rate limits.
  • Do not send unlawful content, content that infringes anyone's rights, or personal data about other people.
  • Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, or to reach data that is not yours.
  • Keep your references private: anyone holding one can read its answer.

We may block a caller or close an account that breaks these rules.

Answers come with no warranty

An answer is what a person said at the time, given in good faith. It is not professional advice, and we do not promise that it is complete, correct or still current. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. The service may be unavailable or change at any time.

Our liability

Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the greater of £100 and what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Paid plans

MCPgap has no paid plans yet. When paid plans open, their billing terms appear at checkout, before you pay.

Ending the service

You may stop at any time: unsubscribe from our email, delete your account, or stop calling the server. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with notice where we can give it.

Your data

Our Privacy notice explains how we use personal data.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when we last did; using the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
